Hot Spiced Chicken Thighs

This recipe is a crowd-pleaser, perfect for a family dinner or a casual gathering. The Hot spice mix adds a balanced level of heat and flavor to the chicken, creating a satisfying and memorable dish.

Ingredients:

  • 6 boneless, skinless chicken thighs

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

  • 1 tablespoon Naija Grille Hot spice mix

  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. Pat the chicken thighs dry with paper towels.

  2. In a bowl, combine the olive oil, Naija Grille Hot spice mix, salt, and pepper.

  3. Rub the spice mixture all over the chicken thighs.

  4. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).

  5. Place the chicken thighs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until cooked through and the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).

  7. Let the chicken rest for a few minutes before serving.
