Hot Spiced Chicken Thighs

This recipe is a crowd-pleaser, perfect for a family dinner or a casual gathering. The Hot spice mix adds a balanced level of heat and flavor to the chicken, creating a satisfying and memorable dish.
Ingredients:
6 boneless, skinless chicken thighs
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon Naija Grille Hot spice mix
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
Pat the chicken thighs dry with paper towels.
In a bowl, combine the olive oil, Naija Grille Hot spice mix, salt, and pepper.
Rub the spice mixture all over the chicken thighs.
Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
Place the chicken thighs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until cooked through and the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
Let the chicken rest for a few minutes before serving.
