Zesty Grilled Shrimp Skewers (Vegan-Friendly)

This recipe is perfect for a light and flavorful summer meal. The Zesty spice mix adds a unique kick to the shrimp, while the grilling process enhances their natural sweetness.

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

  • 1 tablespoon Naija Grille Zesty spice mix

  • 1 lemon, cut into wedges

  • Skewers (soaked in water for 30 minutes if using wooden ones)

Instructions:

  1. Thread the shrimp onto skewers.

  2. In a bowl, whisk together the olive oil and Naija Grille Zesty spice mix.

  3. Brush the shrimp skewers generously with the spice mixture.

  4. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.

  5. Grill the skewers for 2-3 minutes per side, or until cooked through and slightly charred.
